Turkey Wrap

Jordan Burroughs decided to go have some fun and beat up on some Turks. It was another example of how he is the best wrestler on the planet, and it's repetitive to say much more than that.

Tony Nelson has had some pretty decent results in freestyle. He was a guy who seemed to win "boringly" in college, but did make three NCAA finals appearances. He was able to get two tech's and a pin to get in the finals where he ran in to the reigning World Champion.

I mentioned on the podcast another Minnesota guy as my "darkhorse" that could really surprise at the Olympic Trials. Scott Schiller was able to get a couple wins here and I really do think he is a threat.

James Green's adjustment to the weight probably slowed him down here. It's a process, but if it's one he can pull off it'll be very intriguing. Of course, it's the deepest bracket we will have and I feel the most interesting one.

Jake Varner went one and done in Turkey. It was a surprisingly poor result after taking Silver at the Yarygin.
