On February 16th & February 17th, Team USA will travel to Iran to take to the mats for the World Cup. Jordan Burroughs will lead the Americans to certain victory after a much-publicized travel controversy. The draw for pools have been posted.
Russia usually doesn't send their best lineup as Iran has won the event the last five years. 2003 was the last time Team America won the cup.
Pool A: Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and USA
Pool B: Iran, India, Turkey, and Mongolia
The last time the World Cup was in Iran, CNN did a really cool news story on the publicity Jordan Burroughs received as the star he is.
